Beautiful Day..tomorrow Valentines & Snow

Beautiful Sunshine, no wind (not much anyway) what rare day for February. I checked out all my daffodills and croceses - and low and behold, had one lonely little blooming crocus! Bright Yellow! Made my day. The daffys are up and fat and short, but will grow fast now! I can hardly wait.
We are all doing fine here, Muffin is not limping, and Clay is much better (still coughing), but better anyway. I (knock on wood) and still feeling fine, so hope I don't get the bug. Did you see that cute Beagle at Westminster?? reminds me of a cute beagle I once knew named Blossom. They do seem to have "snoopy" personalities. Happy Heart Day to all my family--I hoped to mail you each a Valentine, but that is not going to happen, so have a good one, and eat a Chocolate for me!

Rollar Coaster Week

Beginning on Sunday, and here it is Thursday already! My horoscope (LOL) said I was going to have a busy week and get lots done, and sure enough - some of that was correct. Sunday was a banner day (it usually is - but this one was special. Congratulations Patterson on your great achievement. I enjoyed visiting with my family and Patt's extended family - it was a great day. I came home and picked 20 pounds of pecans from the front yard . Monday did four loads of laundry, and tried to figure out where to put the pecans--Tuesday - 3 more loads of laundry, and tried to find the ironing board, also voted, sent John Forrest a Birthday card and grocery shopped. and worked 3 hours at the church--this horoscope can slow down any time now. Wednesday was cold and dreary, so got all that laundry folded and put away--and did not look for the irioning board--Did make a big pot of vegetable soup and we all enjoyed it much. Did I tell you Clay has the flu, and Muffin is walking on three legs--don't know what is going on there, but I'm taking care of both of them. Clay has a Dr. appt next week, and Muffin will have one if she dosn't get better. The gimpy leg has not deminished her appetite - and she manuvers very well to the dinner plate. and.....my weird neighbors are being very very weird - but we won't commit that to print. If your curious call me and I'll fill you in!
And so today is beginning, maybe I'll get the pictures printed that I took on Sunday, need to pick more pecans - but not if its snowing or raining - Hope whoever reads this is having a nice day - because I am going to! blessings
